Pieces show another interesting way how filigree can be a part of contemporary jewelry by combining it with techniques not often seen together, in this case glasswork.
A filigree wire - its essential part, the protagonist and inevitable player, is here put in another position and trapped inside a glass vessel....against its will.
Is filigree also trapped in our minds as something old and unattractive?
The aim was again to find and show a different position of filigree as a part of contemporary jewelry, trying to enhance its versatility and bring to light its potential.
